Welcome to Digital Founder Leverage ("the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service operated by GR Online LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Digital Founder Leverage is an AI-powered platform that provides access to specialized AI tools and assistants for marketing, content, sales, and analytics workflows. The Service uses third-party AI models (including but not limited to Anthropic's Claude) to generate outputs based on user inputs.

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time without notice.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and current information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
Generate content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others
Attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or access controls
Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying systems or prompts
Resell, redistribute, or create derivative services using the Service
Upload malicious files, viruses, or attempt to compromise the Service
Use the Service to generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service without prior written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscription, Pricing, and Billing

Some features require payment. By purchasing a paid plan or plugin:

You authorize us to charge the payment method on file
You agree to the price displayed at the time of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
One-time purchases grant access as described at the point of purchase

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected mid-cycle.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions, one-time purchases, individual plugins, or token packs.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain any statutory rights under applicable law, which may include a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances (such as billing errors or sustained service outages). Such refunds are not guaranteed and do not create an obligation to provide future refunds.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate content based on your inputs. You acknowledge:

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before using it
We make no warranties about the accuracy, suitability, or quality of generated content
You should not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice

7. Ownership of Content

Your inputs: You retain all rights to the content you upload or input into the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. Generated outputs: You own the outputs you generate through the Service, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated outputs complies with applicable laws and third-party rights. Improvement of the Service: We may collect and use anonymized, aggregated data about how the Service is used (including patterns of inputs and outputs) to improve the Service, train internal models, or develop new features. We will not share your identifiable inputs or outputs with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers, including AI model providers (e.g. Anthropic), payment processors (e.g. Stripe), and hosting providers (e.g. Cloudflare). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of these providers.

10. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. On termination, your access ends immediately, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
