• A hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text)

• Conversations you have with our AI assistants
• Files you upload (including documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and other supported file types)

• Token usage and plugin activity (tracked to enforce limits and protect the Service)
• Login activity and session data
• IP address (used for rate limiting and security)
• Browser and device information (collected through standard server logs)

We do not use any third-party analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Process your inputs through AI models to generate outputs
• Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• Communicate with you about your account when necessary
• Improve the Service over time

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information with the following third-party service providers, who help us operate the Service:

We use Anthropic's Claude AI models to process your conversations and generate responses. When you chat with an AI assistant, your messages and any uploaded content are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic processes this data according to their own privacy policy and terms.

We use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, DNS, and file storage (Cloudflare R2). Your account data, conversations, and uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

When we activate paid features in the future, we will use Stripe to process payments. Stripe will collect and process your billing information. We do not store credit card numbers or other payment details on our servers.

When we activate transactional emails (password reset, account notifications), we will use a third-party email service to deliver them.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. AI Processing of Your Content

When you use the Service, the content you submit (messages, files, prompts) is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI models for processing. This is how the Service works.

You should not submit highly sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or medical records) to the Service.

You retain ownership of your inputs and the outputs generated. See our Terms of Service for details on content ownership.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your information for as long as your account is active.

If you delete your account, we will delete your account information and conversations within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain data for legal, tax, security, or fraud prevention purposes.

Backups of the database may retain deleted data for a limited period before being purged in the normal backup cycle.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted password storage (hashing)
• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Access controls limiting who can view stored data
• Regular backups and security monitoring

No system is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to request correction of inaccurate information
• The right to request deletion of your account and associated data
• The right to export your data in a portable format
• The right to object to certain types of processing
